Trance Channeling Session Agreement:
By purchasing and/or scheduling a private trance channeling session with Modern Monks, you agree to the following:
Policies incorporated. You have read and agree to Modern Monks’ Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Educational only, not professional advice. Sessions and any content shared (including any perceived guidance, impressions, or intuitive information shared during the session) are for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. This service is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment; we do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes and agree to use the service at your own risk.
No refunds. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Scheduling and attendance. You must reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Late reschedules and no-shows may be forfeited at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide make-ups for late reschedules, late arrivals, or no-shows. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be treated as a no-show and the remaining time may be cancelled.
Conduct, values, and scope. We are a values-based business and do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior. We may refuse or terminate services for conduct that conflicts with these values.
Age and consent. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or you are the parent/legal guardian consenting on behalf of a minor participant.
Electronic signature. Your typed name and date, and any electronic acceptance (including checkboxes) are intended to constitute an electronic signature, and you agree it is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature.
