My meditation journey has taken me on quite an adventure, both transformationally and throughout the world. And while I embrace my journey, I like to think it happened the way it did so I can share a shorter and clearer route for all my fellow seekers who want to learn.
I know how overwhelming this field can be, and how inundated it is with guided apps, new techniques, and everyone telling you how good meditation is.
That's why I take a different route. I like to go back to more ancient and traditional roots while taking a structured, clear, and self-empowering approach. I like to keep meditation grounded, modern, and experienced-based so you can confidently incorporate it into your life.
