I've even had past students ask for help fine-tuning their practice after a hiatus or experimenting with other styles and guided meditations.

"You CAN Meditate!" was created out of all that support, knowledge, and experience, with YOU in mind. It's meant to help take you from novice to beginnerreestablish your practice, or get you meditating on your own without the need for guided apps.

It was born from the love and desire to help you bridge the gap between "I'm curious about meditation" and "I actually meditate," and help you go from "I have to meditate" to "I enjoy meditating regularly."
